The Trochanteric Intramedullary Femoral Nail is preferred for fractures in the
trochanteric region, femoral neck fractures, subtrochanteric fractures, and shaft
fractures. The nail has a round shape. The proximal part has 4 screw holes, 2 of which
are suitable for the passage of recon neck screws, and the other 2 for locking screws.
The lateral angle of the proximal part is 5°
. The distal part of the nail has two locking
screw holes, one of which includes a slot for static or dynamic fixation.
Ürün Adı
Femur intramedullary nails;
Ürün Tanımı
It is a structure with bends, featuring a cannulated, circular cross-section and including 2 distal holes and 2 proximal holes for locking screws.
Ürün Kullanım Amacı
The Femur intramedullary nail system is available in two entry configurations:
Endikasyonlar
Standard piriformis fossa entry and lateral trochanteric entry.
Kontraendikasyonlar
Various lengths are available for nails in both configurations.
Hasta Popülasyonları
They come in lengths ranging from 320mm to 460mm, increasing in 20mm increments.
Ürün Komplikasyonları
These lengths are available for each diameter and configuration: 10mm, 11.5mm, and 13mm.
Temas Edebileceği Organlar
The anteroposterior (AP) arc has a curvature radius of 1.75 meters.
Vücutla Temas Süresi
In Femur intramedullary nail systems, each nail has 4 locking screw holes: 2 distal locking holes and 2 proximal locking holes. All of these holes are for static locking.
Sterilite
.There is a female thread at the proximal end of the nail. This is provided for the implantation and removal of the nail.
